Further they are directed to preparing the pay fixation statements as per the said orders in quadruplicate in the form of Government Circular Memo 5th cited,  in Appendix-I.  On receipt of the option Forms from the Employees working under their control and necessary entries of the fixation of pay in the revised pay scales 2015 shall be recorded in the service Registers of employees concerned before preparation of claims.  And also the pay fixation statement shall be attached to the Service Register of employee.  District Educational Officer nd Ranga Reddy District
