Last date of SSC Exam fee without fine 18-11-2015 .AP SSC examination fee for all subjects is Rs 125. Who are appper students three or less than three subjects exam fee is Rs 110 and above three subjects it is Rs 125

Fee for Regular candidates for all subjects is Rs.125/-

Fee for upto three and less than 3 subjects is Rs.110/-

Fee for more than 3 subjects is Rs.125/Fee for Vocational candidates is Rs.60/- 

in addition to Regular Examination fee of Rs.125/ prescribed for SSC academic courses.OMR cum ICR application forms have to be used for March 2016, Exams, which will be supplied to schools. All recognized schools Heads of institutions have to remit the fee in the prescribed Treasury Challan only enclosing a list of candidates to it.Important note of DDOs :

 I. If any of the above dates are declared Public Holidays, the next immediate working day may be reckoned for the purpose.

2. Due dates of remittance of Examination fee will not be extended further under any circumstances.

10th Class candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes who are appearing for SSC March 2016 for the first time as Regular candidates and whose parental income does not exceed Rs.24,000/- per annum in urban areas and Rs.20,000/- or land holding not exceeding 2.5 Acres wet land / 5 acres dry land in Rural areas are exempted from the payment of examination fee. As such, the Headmasters are requested to satisfy themselves about the Parental income by insisting upon a certificate issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer as per rules.

Note :Head Masters shall furnish the Candidates data through online as well as fill ICR/OMR Sheets compulsorily. Schedule for uploading online data will be communicated separately.

SSC Online Application Form: The Board of Secondary Education, Telangana and Office of the Director of Examinations, Hyderabad issued SSC/Vocational Public Examination Fee dates Notification on October 19th, 2015. Telangana State Annual Exams will be held in March 2016. In this regarding the school Head Masters should collect fee from the students and pay the fee as per given schedule

This time in the circumstance of the SSC examination changes, the board is not allowing the private students who are not studying in school. OMR Documents and related material has been sent recently to all the TS Schools. This timing details of SSC students would be sent through Online and Offline Methods. All districts of DEOs, DCEB secretaries, Exams Assistant Commissioners were trained in this new online method and Dy. EOs and School Head Masters are getting training at the district level. Government school Head Masters should login on online with their school code, but Private school head masters should getpasswords from their Dy.EOs for loging in online.

Guidelines for fill the SSC Online Application to HMs:

All the school head masters should visit the bse telangana website by entering url http://bsetelangana.org in your browser, then official website will be opened and Download the ‘User Manual for Head Masters’ from “Quick Links”. The head masters are requested to please read the User Manual thoroughly before proceeding further or follow the below mentioned guidelines.

Now, Click on the “Online Application Form” link from “Quick Links” on BSE TELANGANA WEB PORTAL.The Head Masters should furnish the Students data through Online as well as OMRcum ICR sheets compulsorily. If any school fails to furnish the data in both ways their data will become useless.Before entering the Students information in the web site, prepare MNRs without any mistakes.The information of the Regular Candidates with Vocational subjects, shall be furnished in the Web application form‘Regular with Vocational’ only. No need to furnish the information in ‘Regular without Vocational’ Web application form. But while furnishing the data of Students of Regular with Vocational subjects in the OMR cum ICR forms the Head Master has to use separate sheets.If Head Master wants to make corrections, click the ‘Edit’button.Click ‘Print’ button to print Student information.After thoroughly ensuring that the Student information is 100% accurate, then click ‘Confirm’button. Once ‘Confirm’ button is clicked, ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.Take two printouts of the information of the Students of all the Streams, obtain the signature of the concerned students, duly affixing the signature of the Head Master also. One set can be preserved for office purpose and other set shall be sent to DGE office along with the following information. 

a) OMR cum ICR Sheets.

b) Manual Nominal Rolls (MNRs).

c) Original fee Challan.

d) Figure statement.

e) Opening permission/ETRs in respect of Private/Aided.

f) Age condonation orders if any.

g) PH Certificates if any.

h) Second languages exemption certificates in respect of out of state candidates if any.

i) Fee exempted students list.

j) Memos of the failed candidates prior to 2014.

Also keep ready Student Photo and Signatures with following specifications

1. a) File format should be .jpg .
2. b) Photo file should be less than 30 KB size and Signature file should be less than 15 KB.
3. c) Student Photo and Signature should be clearly visible (Use Black ball point pen for signature of the student).
4. d) The Head Master should ensure the above specifications are followed while uploading the Student Photo and Signature.
5.  Click “Online Application Form” link from “Quick Links”. You will get the Login page.
6. Now, Enter the School Code name in the ‘User Name’ and Password’ column/fields.
7. Change Password if necessary.
8. Next you will get the Your School Code with Name web applicationpage.

                                       Click on the ‘Student Registration’ button.Select ‘Regular without Vocational’ option from the drop down menu.Then, Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed on your browser.Fill the student details in the required fields carefully and without any mistakes/errors.Now, press ‘Submit’ button, you will get ‘Success’ message. Similarly furnish the information of all the Regular candidates.Click ‘Student Registration’button.Select ‘Regular with Vocational’option from drop down list.After selection the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed.Click Vocational Subject option, then you will get the Subjects list, select the Subject from the List.Fill the student details and press ‘Submit’ button, you will get ‘Success’ message. Similarly furnish the information of all the Regular with Vocational candidates.Click ‘Student Registration’button.Select ‘OSSC Regular’ option.

                After selection the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed on your browser.Select any two Non Languages subjects. Click OSSC Subject option, then you will get the Subjects list, select the Subject from the List.Fill the student details and press ‘Submit’ button, you will get ‘Success’ message. Similarly furnish the information of all the OSSC Regular candidates.Click ‘Student Registration’button and Select ‘OSSC Private’ option from the list.After selection the Student Details Web Application Formwill be displayed on your browser.Select any two Non Languages subjects.Click OSSC Subject option, then you will get the Subjects list, select the Subject from the List.Fill the above details and press‘Submit’ button,you will get ‘Success’ message. Similarly furnish the information of all the OSSC Private candidates.Click ‘Student Registration’button.Select ‘Failed in June 2015’option.After selection the Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed..Click the ‘Previous Year Roll No.’ option, you will get list of students failed in June 2014. Select student from the list and furnish the details.Click ‘Student Registration’button and Select ‘Failed prior to June 2015’ option.The Student Details Web Application Form will be displayed.Fill the student details and press ‘Submit’ button, you will get ‘Success’ message. Similarly furnish the information of all the Failed prior to June 2014 candidates.

Once uploading of the Students data of all the streams of the School, verify each candidates data with reference to School records and carry out the mistakes if any. Then take the print out of the all the candidates and obtain signature of the student on the printouts, in confirmation with the student information furnished in the printout. If any candidate proposes the corrections in the printouts, again verify the corrections with reference to the School records and carry out the mistakes. Again the Head Master shall verify the students data and ensure that data is 100% accurate.

After thoroughly ensuring that the Student information is 100% accurate, then click ‘Confirm’ button. Once ‘Confirm’ button is clicked, ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.

Take two printouts of the information of the Students of all the Streams, obtain the signature of the concerned students, duly affixing the signature of the Head Master also. One set can be preserved for office purpose and other set shall be sent to DGE office along with the following information.
